In4All staffs for the present and future

This winter, we welcomed three new staff members to help us grow over the long term and a handful of seasonal staff who are helping us delivering programming today. They all bring a wealth of ideas, passion, and commitment to the mission that have made this year special.

Shawna Gordon

Shawna Gordon, Impact Director

Shawna brings a depth of supervision experience as they work to support the program team in implementing In4All programs. They will use their experience of community-centered programming to lead the educator board program committee members in efforts to understand our impact. Using data collected from the adults who participate (educators and business community members) and students, Shawna will work with the team to make informed decisions about program iterations year-over-year.

Dylan Pine

Dylan Pine, Program Manager

D brings a user experience and design lens to their role as program manager. D's main focus in In4All programs this spring is to create meaningful resources that support our adults in implementing our Design Thinking program.

Cheryl Nervez

Cheryl Nervez, Giving Manager

Cheryl comes to In4All with a deep understanding of business development and equity centered community engagement. In her role as giving manager Cheryl will lead our efforts to expand corporate sponsorship of programs and mission while increasing opportunities for individuals to contribute to In4All.

“Growing up in America, I was taught that getting a good education was one of the most important milestones in life. Because education is knowledge and knowledge is power. Now as a seasoned business professional, I want to invest my time with others doing the same,” said Cheryl.. “I chose to work with In4All because they are a group of like-minded individuals who have a relentless passion for the success of our youth and are driven to support equitable learning to students who have been historically underserved.”

Seasonal Staff

We also welcomed four aspiring teachers from the Lewis & Clark College of Arts & Sciences who are overseeing delivery of programming in the schools. Clare C Bakke, Bryn Goedde-Matthews, Isabel Kuhl, and Olivia Spagnuolo are undergraduate students who are enhancing the experience of K-12 students while gaining valuable experience in the classroom. You can read more about this exciting community partnership with Lewis & Clark in our recent blog post.
