Quentin Contreras of Autodesk is a former teacher and an In4All volunteer, so he has a unique perspective on the selfless service educators demonstrated during the pandemic.

I have never navigated a world when selfless service would be needed more than it is now to advance justice. Over the last 14 months, I’ve seen our teachers leading the way.

As school buildings closed last spring and classes transitioned to online instruction, In4All took a moment to pause and consider how we would best support teachers and students during this time of immense change. Instead of jumping into plans or figuring out a different way to do things they stopped to ask educators, “What do you need?”

The communities of students that In4All engages in our programs does not need us to help them. Our community as a whole is responsible for affirming the innate dignity, talent, and assets that are represented in them so that together - with them - we can create a future for them that is limitless.

In4All spent the summer completely revamping the program experience for distance learning in the 2020-2021 school year. Two staff members share what the process has been like and what they expect for the coming year.

We have always valued the commitment of our school and business partners, but never more so than in 2020. With nearly all existing partners returning and six more signing on, we are encouraged by this community.
