In4All adds healthcare technology executive to board
The intersection of healthcare and technology presents a huge opportunity for students as organizations seek to improve equity and inclusion in their workforce. That’s why we are thrilled to announce the addition of a healthcare technology executive, Dustin Wienecke, to the In4All Board of Directors.
“I have known Dustin for several years now and was thrilled when he expressed an interest in board membership,” said Elaine Charpentier Philippi. “He is an accomplished healthcare technology leader who will help mobilize support in the business community and connect students to a future they might not have otherwise imagined.”
About Dustin Wienecke
Dustin is the Chief Operating Officer of Quatris Healthco, a national healthcare technology services company focused on independent healthcare practices. He sees a huge opportunity to bring more equity and inclusion to the technical community by engaging students early and creating interest in STEM fields.
“I believe the path to a truly diverse workforce must start very early in the educational process,” said Dustin. “We need to encourage knowledge, skills and interests in STEM topics when students are young then nurture that foundation with job experience as they get older.”
Dustin is a Portland native who has watched the area grow and wrestle with its identity. He has felt an increasing desire to contribute the community in a meaningful way and sought to get involved in an organization that can benefit from his background and skill set.
“Over the last few years, I have been exposed to the In4All mission and leadership. The passion and clear dedication to social justice left little doubt this is the right organization for me as it strives to make a sustainable and meaningful impact on our communities,” said Dustin.
